(3/27/25) I am getting the 9ft kids-size Tipi's ready this weekend. They should be added to the website by Sunday.
(3/26/25) I have made the decision finally... We are closing out out medieval tent production, and only have a few tents left. We still have LOTS of Tipi's.
I know this is a bit sudden, but sooner or later, everyone retires, right?
The fact is, there really isn't any profitability unless we charge a LOT for a tent, and we are both getting old and not moving around so well anymore, and have NO idea what the imported canvas would cost due to tariffs and such. We have decided to close down almost all sewing production, and clear out all the equipment.
Right now I have 3 of the liftable side-wall 10x10 tent/shades, and whatever rework is left in the work rooms. I will start going through that Friday. I think there may be a couple of odd bell wedges (medium), a 20x20 sunshade, a 10x10 sunshade, and a bunch of unknowns like maybe some odd walls or strange tops or that sort of stuff.
Sometime in April, we will have a lot of heavy duty machines for sale, like Juki longarms, double needle, lu-573's, Heavy embroidery zig zag Juki, and a couple of straight sew N model Juki's , a Rimoldi 8 needle chain stitcher, bartackers, etc, along with a lot of attachments like binders, needles, etc.We also have a TON of grommets and dogbone tensioners, and industrial sewing legs.I also have a fabric measuring re-roller setup (like they had at Joanns or Northwest)There is also quite a bit of strange stuff, like canvas boy scout tents, and tons of wood pole dowels.
I will list the total inventory with prices about the 15th of April.
The big stuff, such as the pattern sewers and cutting tables, 3 phase stuff, and clicker are already sold.
